Delivery Charge
All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and you see all totals before committing to buy.
- England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland: FREE delivery
- Republic of Ireland: £30.00 + VAT per delivery
- Highlands & Islands: Usually £30.00 + VAT per delivery
- If from Highlands / Islands, please enquire about delivery prices
- Rest of the World: Price for delivery on application
How quickly do you Deliver orders?
Delivery time for in stock items will normally be within 2 - 4 working days from receipt of your order. However in exceptional circumstances Delivery may take up to 28 days though we will endeavour to dispatch all items as quickly as possible.
We have also begun to use a 'white glove' courier for some heavy items. This service may take up to 10 days for delivery, but we can guarantee that your items will not be damaged. After placing your order you will be contacted about a delivery date.
What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
